NOTE: We are hoping to start meeting again on 27 September 2021, so long as Covid restrictions allow it. A provision programme has been prepared and can be seen on the Programme 2021 – 2022 page.

Worthing Theological Society offers a Lecture Programme open to all who are interested in asking questions about the world with or without God, texts and meanings, faith and politics and much more.

There is no membership, subscription or admission fee: our only requirement is a courteous listening and willingness to engage with the subject of the month.

Voluntary contributions from those who attend make it possible to invite quality speakers from a distance as well as drawing on local talent!

We normally meet on the last Monday of the winter months (September to March, but excluding December). For current dates click on Programme.

Meetings start at 19:45 and finish at about 21:00, when coffee and tea are available and there is time to chat informally with each other, or with the speaker.

Meetings are held at West Worthing Baptist Church. For location see contact.

For the current series of lectures, see Programme 2021 – 2022

Please contact the Secretary for further information, or to add your name to the mailing list.
